Group Reservations
Booking Ahead
We take reservations for groups of 8 or more and schedule up to 3-4 weeks in advance.
We can have up to 9 racers on the track at a time and run a race approximately every 10 minutes. Our pricing structure varies based on group size and racing duration. Unfortunately, we do not book events for racing only. The food, party room, and race packages are a complete event. Anything involving racing only would be on a walk-in basis during business hours.
What's Offered
Our private parties offer an exciting experience with 3 races per person and exclusive track time just for you and your guests, ensuring no public racers join your group.
Enjoy the use of head socks and helmets, a private area for you and your guests, and a delicious homemade pizza buffet (with one pizza for every three people, rounded up), complete with salad, cookies, and unlimited fountain drinks.
We require a 50% deposit to hold the event and the remaining balance due 3 business days prior to the event. Private events are first come first serve and tend to book up quickly during the colder months. If you are interested in booking your event, we will send you an invoice, pizza menu, and contract which requires your credit card information. Once the payment is processed, the event date/time is yours. We do not hold events without payment. Following your payment, we will send you a receipt and date in which the balance is due. Changes with time/number of racers must be completed 4 business days prior to the event/before the balance is charged. All sales are final, no refunds.

Buy-Out
Need more space and time for your event or party?
Buy-outs are a great option to rent the full facility.
Enjoy an exclusive all-access pass to our facility with a 3-hour minimum during our buy-outs, where we close to the public to provide you with the ultimate racing experience!
Indulge in unlimited racing and axe throwing, utilize our conference rooms with TV/HDMI connection, and take advantage of our helmets and face socks.
Savor our homemade pizza buffet complete with salad, cookies, and unlimited fountain drinks.
With buy-outs, we have the freedom to offer special event races not available to the public or private parties, ensuring a unique and memorable experience!

*All racers must be at least 15 years old.
*ALL NEW DRIVERS MUST have proof of driver’s license/permit or valid id showing proof of age.
